Return & Refund Policy
Thank you very much for your support! To protect the rights and interests of both parties, we strongly recommend that you record a video (less than 5MB) while opening the package to avoid unnecessary disputes.
If you have any doubts about the products you have received, we would like to apologize to you in advance. Please read the following return policy carefully. If further concerns arise, you can contact SH & Co. customer care, and we will get back to you as soon as we can during business hours.
* International (cross-border) and domestic (Taiwan) transactions are different due to different laws and regulations, and the relevant return policies are also slightly different. If you are a customer in Taiwan, please read the section on RETURN & REFUND POLICY WITHIN TAIWAN. If you are an international customer (outside Taiwan), please read the INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY WITHIN TAIWAN
Returns
1. To improve efficiency, SH & Co. only provides return and refund services and strictly does not accept any exchanges.
2. For orders within Taiwan, a seven-day appreciation period (not a trial period) is provided in accordance with the Taiwan (where we operate) Consumer Protection law. Within seven days from the date of signing off the package, you can contact our customer care to apply for a return and refund. If the appreciation period is over, SH & Co. will not accept any returns and refunds.
*According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law, due to personal hygiene considerations, ear posts and pierced earrings are not included in the seven-day appreciation period.
3. The seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period. The returned goods must be in a brand-new, unused condition. If the returned goods are found to be damaged, we have the right to refuse your return and refund application.
4. If the return application is not due to a delivery error or defect of the product itself, and the total order amount does not meet the requirements of gift or add-on purchase after returning the item/s, then the gift or add-on product must be sent back together.
5. Please do not return the product directly before receiving the return confirmation from our customer care. After the return application has been confirmed, you must return the product to the designated address within three days (date of the waybill). After we received your returned items and confirm that it is correct, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
6. If the return is not due to a delivery error or defect of the product itself, and the original order is eligible for free shipping but does not meet the free shipping threshold after the return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
7. Except for delivery of wrong items or defect/damage of the product itself, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
8. Separate returns will not be accepted for discounted combination products
9. Customized products (engraving, change of designs, change of size, etc.) will not be accepted after the order is confirmed.
Refunds
1. Credit Card Refund:
If payment is made by credit card, refunds will be processed as credit card refunds. Once the refund process is initiated, the actual payment time varies slightly depending on the issuing bank. Please contact your bank to confirm the actual payment date.
2. Bank Transfer Refund:
The refund will be made to the designated bank account. If your receiving account is not E.Sun Bank, a NT$15 handling fee will be deducted. If the product is returned due to wrong items or defects in the product itself, no additional handling fee will be deducted.
*Please note: Be sure to provide the correct bank account number. If the refund fails due to incorrect information provided resulting in the refund being made to the wrong account, the amount shall be borne by the buyer.
How to Request a Return
If you have a return request, please contact SH & Co. customer care staff by email within seven days of the appreciation period (calculated from the date of signing off the package), and provide relevant order information according to the format below, so that we can process your application more efficiently.

Returns
1. Since SH & Co. is established in Taiwan, we operate under the relevant laws of Taiwan. The appreciation period of the Consumer Protection Law is only applicable to transactions within Taiwan, we seek your understanding in this.
2. To improve efficiency, SH & Co. only provides returns and refunds for our international customers if it is due to a delivery error or defect of the product itself, exchanges are strictly not accepted.
3. Please do not return the product directly before receiving the return confirmation from our customer care.
