Shipping Policy
Dear customers, please note that international postal services and airfreight movements may occasionally experience disruptions, which can lead to delays for international shipments. Thank you for your understanding — we truly appreciate your patience.
Ships from Taiwan.
Orders are dispatched from our office in Taiwan within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. We ship Monday to Friday between 1 pm – 5 pm (GMT+8), excluding public holidays in Taiwan.
Currency
All free-shipping thresholds are set in NTD. Any currency conversions shown are estimates—final eligibility is based on your cart’s NTD total at checkout.
Domestic Orders (Taiwan)
- Domestic orders (Taiwan) will be delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- We do not deliver to temporary addresses such as hotels or Airbnbs. Please provide a permanent address.
- SH & Co. Jewelry shall not be held accountable if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
International Orders
- Under normal circumstances, international orders will be delivered within 3–14 business days to most countries after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on destination).
- International orders are shipped door-to-door and may require a signature upon delivery.
- Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the country of destination. SH & Co. Jewelry is not responsible for such charges.

Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)
- Free shipping on orders NT$1,800 or above.
- For orders below NT$1,800:
- NT$65 for convenience store pickup
- NT$150 for home delivery (door-to-door)
Estimated delivery time (Taiwan): usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We offer free shipping when a single transaction exceeds the threshold listed below. If the order total is below the threshold, the applicable flat-rate shipping fee will be charged.
Singapore (SF Express)
- Free shipping on orders NT$4,000 or above (approx. SGD $160)
- Shipping fee: NT$500 (approx. SGD $20) for orders below NT$4,000
Estimated delivery time: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (may vary during peak periods).
Hong Kong (SF Express)
- Free shipping on orders NT$3,000 or above (approx. HKD $840)
- Shipping fee: NT$200 (approx. HKD $50) for orders below NT$3,000

Macao (SF Express)
- Free shipping on orders NT$3,000 or above (approx. MOP $760)
- Shipping fee: NT$200 (approx. MOP $50) for orders below NT$3,000

- Free shipping on orders NT$5,000 or above

Tracking
- We provide tracking for all orders. As we work with multiple shipping partners, your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once the courier has picked up your order.
- You can track your shipment via the shipping partner's website using the link included in the email.
Accidents / Lost or Damaged Parcels
- SH & Co. Jewelry cannot be held responsible/liable for lost, misplaced, delayed shipments, or damaged freight after parcels have been dispatched. However, you may contact our customer service and we will assist to the best of our ability.
- SH & Co. Jewelry cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that show delivery confirmation to the address provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
