Shipping Policy
*Dear customers, please note that due to COVID-19, postal services and airfreight movements have been significantly disrupted worldwide and our shipping partners are currently seeing a large number of parcels going through their network. We are expecting delays for international shipments and we seek your understanding in this but we promise it is worth the wait!
Orders are dispatched from our office in Taiwan within 1 to 3 business days upon confirmation of order. We ship Monday to Friday between the hours of 1 pm - 5 pm GMT +8, with the exception of public holidays in Taiwan.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (Taiwan)
- Domestic orders (Taiwan) will be delivered between 2 to 5 business days upon dispatch.
- Please note that SH & Co. Jewelry does not deliver to temporary addresses such as hotels & Airbnbs. Please specify the details of a permanent address.
- SH & Co. Jewelry shall not be held accountable if the address provided is erroneous.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Under normal circumstances, our international orders will be delivered between 3 to 14 business days to most countries upon dispatch. However, please note that the delivery time may vary slightly (more or less) depending on the destination.
- Please note that our international order will be door-to-door delivery, your package needs to be physically signed off.
- Please note import duties and taxes may apply depending on the country of destination, SH & Co. Jewelry is not held responsible for such charges.
- Please note that SH & Co. Jewelry does not deliver to temporary addresses such as hotels & Airbnbs. Please specify the details of permanent addresses. SH & Co. Jewelry shall not be held accountable if the address provided is erroneous.
CHARGES
- Domestic Orders (Taiwan) - We offer complimentary delivery when a single order amount is equal to or greater than 1800 TWD (about $60 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement (1800 TWD), a flat fee of 65 TWD will be charged for convenience store delivery and a flat fee of 150 TWD will be charged for door-to-door delivery.

International Orders - We offer complimentary delivery when a single transaction exceeds a specific amount.
- Hong Kong, Macao
Equal to or greater than 3000 TWD (approx. 100 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 200 TWD will be charged.
- Asia (Except Hong Kong & Macao)
Equal to or greater than 5000 TWD (approx. 160 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 450 TWD will be charged.
- North America
Equal to or greater than 5000 TWD (approx. 160 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 850 TWD will be charged.
- South America
Equal to or greater than 5000 TWD (approx. 160 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 750 TWD will be charged.
- Europe
Equal to or greater than 5000 TWD (approx. 160 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 750 TWD will be charged.
- Oceania
Equal to or greater than 5000 TWD (approx. 160 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 600 TWD will be charged.
- Africa
Equal to or greater than 5000 TWD (approx. 160 USD or equivalent in other currencies). If the single transaction amount is below the requirement, a flat fee of 750 TWD will be charged.
TRACKING
- We offer tracking for your orders. As we have multiple shipping partners, your tracking number will be sent to your email provided once the courier has picked up your order. You will then be able to track your order via our shipping partner's website through the link we enclose in the email.
ACCIDENTS
- SH & Co. Jewelry cannot be held responsible/liable for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched. However, you can contact our customer service and we will assist you to our best abilities.
- SH & Co. Jewelry cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
